Verizon Wireless and XFINITY® from Comcast® Special Offer

General Information

  1. What is the Verizon Wireless and XFINITY® Special Offer?

    New Comcast customers: New XFINITY customers purchasing qualifying XFINITY service and are a Verizon Wireless customer may be eligible for a Visa® Prepaid Card by mail that can be used to offset the purchase price of a new Smartphone or tablet and other purchases. The value of the card ranges from $100 to $300, depending on the tier of XFINITY services purchased. New Comcast Customers are also eligible for AnyPlay* free for 12 months or a Blast upgrade on Home Internet for 12 months.

    The offer requires a new 2-year agreement with Comcast® and a Verizon Wireless monthly service in good standing. An early termination fee applies to both agreements.

    *AnyPlay are available in AL,AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NM, OR, SC, TN, UT, WA, WI as well as parts of OH and VA only.

    Existing Comcast customers: For a limited time, VZW customers who add a new smartphone or tablet line and add new XFINITY service(s) will get up to a $350 prepaid card.

    • $50 prepaid card for each new line of service with Comcast, up to 2 services.
    • $50 prepaid card for each line of service (new or upgrade) with VZW, up to 5 lines of service.
    • For example, activate a new Smartphone and add an XFINITY service such as Blast home Internet and receive $50 for the VZW activation and $50 for adding an XFINITY service. ThatÂ’s a prepaid card valued at $100! All with new 2-year agreements for Verizon Wireless.

  2. Who is eligible for the XFINITY and Verizon Wireless offer?

    To be eligible for this special offer, you must meet all of the following criteria:

    • Reside in specific market where this offer is available.
    • Be a new XFINITY customer ordering a qualifying Double Play or Triple Play package with a new 2-year agreement or be an existing XFINITY customer adding a Home Internet, Home Phone, or TV service to an existing home service.
      • Be a Verizon Wireless customer with monthly service and in good standing.
    • The XFINITY installation must occur within 14 days of the XFINITY order.

    *AnyPlay are available in AL,AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NM, OR, SC, TN, UT, WA, WI as well as parts of OH and VA only.

  8. When will I receive my Visa® Prepaid Card from the Verizon Wireless and XFINITY® special offer?

    Once you successfully activate both qualifying Verizon Wireless and XFINITY services, you should receive your card within approximately six weeks of activation of all services.

  9. If I sign up for the Verizon Wireless and XFINITY® special offer, which company will bill me for my services?

    You will receive two separate bills, one from each company. Comcast will send you a bill for associated services, and we will send you a separate bill for your Verizon Wireless services.
